Piwek Centrum Obrobki Numerycznej Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. obtained a quality management system certificate in accordance with PN EN ISO 9001: 2015-10, audited by ISOCERT Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. It confirms the quality of providing advanced industrial services related to machining. We own an extensive and modern control-measuring equipment allowing for a quick and precise control of parts based on a block. This enables a high percentage of controlled parts during production and finished products sent to the customer. We conduct ongoing supervision over the processes resulting in the OEE indicator. We carry out PPAP, 8D, PDCA, FMEA analyzes that allow for ongoing technology and control plans updates. We also analyze the capabilities of measuring tools and systems - Cg and Cgk index. We constantly improve production processes. Aim is to create common standards that will improve quality and increase efficiency.
COORD 3
COORD3 UNIVERSAL is a coordinate measuring platform enabling the use of point sensors, analog scanning and laser scanners. The precision of the platform enables an accurate 5-axis scan. Direct-axis drives using toothed belts provide vibration-free measurements at zero hysteresis. Constant access to the measuring area from all sides allows us to make the most accurate measurements.

ABERLINK AXIOM TOO CNC MEASURING MACHINE
The fast and reliable measuring machine Axiom Too has a measuring range up to 1500mm on the Y axis. Thanks to the possibility of using a CCD camera interchangeably with a contact head, we are able to make optical measurements. Available software also allows to measure distance and angle, and to compare the real element with nominal data saved in the CAD file.
