 Responsibilities:

  • compliance with quality standards in force in the company,
  • verification of the product's compliance with the technical documentation,
  • operation of a coordinate measuring machine for measuring details,
  • completing quality reports and entering data,
  • preparing reports of controlled details,
  • taking corrective and preventive actions,
  • supervision over the quality of products in the production process,
  • quality control of components and finished products.

Requirements:

  • technical or higher education,
  • min. 2 years of experience as a quality controller in the machining industry,
  • knowledge of control and measuring instruments and measurement techniques,
  • good knowledge of technical drawing,
  • responsibility, perceptiveness, availability,
  • commitment to performed duties,
  • experience in the visual assessment of products,
  • knowledge of the ISO 9001 system and standards associated with it DIN ISO EN,
  • ability to use MS Office programs: word, exel.

Responsibilities:

  • independent work with numerically controlled machines,
  • preparing machines for work and attention to its proper functioning,
  • self-checking the correctness of detail production,
  • supervision over maintaining the quality of elements throughout the entire production cycle

Requirements:

  • min. 2 years of experience in operating CNC machines,
  • vocational education,
  • good knowledge of technical drawing,
  • ability to use measuring instruments,
  • commitment to the duties performed.

An additional advantages will be:

  • knowledge of ISO quality systems,
  • experience in production.

OPERATOR OF A MILLING MACHINE

Responsibilities:

Manual setting of a conventional milling machine based on the technical drawing,

  • Mechanical treatment of steel, aluminum
  • Initial quality control of finished products
  • Keeping production documentation

Requirements:

  • technical education is an advantage as well as,
  • an experience as a conventional machine miller
  • knowledge of technical drawing and milling methods
  • knowledge of measuring instruments and measurement techniques,
  • disposition to work in a two-shift system: 7-15, 15-23
  • good organization of own work,
  • independence in action
  • commitment to entrusted duties and awareness of responsibility for their proper performance

Responsibilities:

  • writing programs based on technical documentation
  • programming of CNC machines
  • choosing and setting the right machine working parameters
  • optimization of production processes

Requirements:

  • minimum secondary education,
  • knowledge of software, e.g. Heidenhain, Mazatrol, Edgecam
  • Ability to read technical drawings and technological documentation,
  • Willingness to work in shifts (2 shifts)
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, ability to choose parameters

Responsibilities:

Constructor-Technologist

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and updating technological, technical CAD 2D, 3D documentation and supervision over the process of its implementation
  • Creating CAM programs and supervision at the implementation stage
  • Optimization of production processes, continuous improvement and acceleration of production
  • Supporting the production department in the field of construction and technology
  • Cooperation and technical support for employees involved in the calculation and valuation of details ordered by clients
  • Supervision at the stage of implementing new products for production

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education. Preferred major in Mechanics and Machine Design or related
  • Min. 2 years of experience as a technologist
  • Practical production knowledge, knowledge of CNC machines and production processes
  • Very good knowledge of technical drawings
  • Knowledge of materials science (DIN, ISO, EN standards) and manufacturing technology
  • Knowledge of CAD, CAM software (AutoCad, Inventor, EdgeCam, Cimco)
  • Knowledge of MS Office Exel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to quickly solve technical problems
  • Independence and creativity as part of ongoing projects
